Original Hot Yoga

OHY (a.k.a Bikram Yoga) is a set sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Each posture is performed twice (except the final spinal twist), giving you a second chance to improve and go deeper. The heat helps prevent injury and allows for deeper stretching.

This class promotes circulation, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Designed for all levels, OHY supports healing, focus, and calm—on and off the mat.


Baptiste (Power) Yoga

Baron Baptiste created his own style of yoga! Baptiste is a fast-moving cross of Vinyasa yoga and the 26&2 Series. It is a dynamic practice that blends sweat, strength, and spirituality. The poses are linked together with breath creating a moving and energetic class that tones, strengthens, and rinses your whole body. It will push you to your edge leaving you feeling empowered, accomplished, and mentally clear.


Yoga Sculpt

This is a high energy class where you'll experience a dynamic fusion of beat-driven vinyasa flows and sculpting techniques designed to challenge both your body and mind. Through a combination of flowing movements and strength-building exercises, you'll build muscle, and enhance your mind-body connection. Set in a heated room to deepen the detoxifying effects.
