TRAINING

• Learn the alternate postures that correspond to each original posture. There will be 2-3 possible options for you to choose from to cater to your class, to your teaching ability and the students in your class.

• Practice proper cueing and language to teach the alternate posture step by step. You will have access to learn anywhere from 60-80 NEW postures!

• Comprehensively breakdown alternate postures to fully understand appropriate entry, refinement, development and exit process.

• Understand how to properly align, modify and adjust postures to suit all levels.

PARTICIPATION & EXPECTATIONS

• Attend all requires OHY PLUS practice classes that are offered within the training.

• Be fully present and participate actively in the training.

• Be on time for all training sessions. Communicate with other participants if you will be late.

• Study the material outside training houts and come prepared for each lesson.

• Demonstrate the ability to teach the new postures.
